Phdream Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide for Users

1Introduction & Definitions

Phdream (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting platform serving Bangladesh and a number of other countries. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between phdream and its users ("you" or "member").

Bet Acceptance & Settlement

• Bets cannot be changed once confirmed.
• If an event is cancelled, stakes placed on that bet will be refunded.
• If a leg in an accumulator is cancelled, it will be counted as odds of 1.00.
• Match results will be settled based on information from official sources or recognized governing bodies.
• Phdream reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

Maximum Bet Limit

A maximum bet limit applies to each event and market. phdream reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Maximum amounts may differ for single bets, accumulators, and system bets.

Live Betting Special Conditions

• Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds displayed at the time your bet is placed are final — any subsequent changes do not apply.
• If odds change due to internet delays, phdream reserves the right to reject the bet or offer updated odds.
• Any bet accepted after the outcome of a match has already been determined will be considered void.

4Payments & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on phdream are subject to strict rules. Any violation may result in transaction cancellation or account suspension.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from another person's number or account may be rejected.
• Deposits are usually processed instantly, though in some cases it may take up to 24 hours.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• A daily maximum withdrawal limit applies, which may vary depending on your account verification level.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Anti-Money Laundering

Phdream complies with international anti-money laundering laws. If a suspicious transaction is identified, phdream reserves the right to investigate and, where necessary, report it to the relevant authorities.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Evidence of involvement in match-fixing or fraud.

What Happens When an Account is Closed?

If an account is closed, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) may be refundable, subject to the outcome of any investigation. PHDream's decision is final.

7Responsible Betting
